BARN Cottage – Three bedrooms (Sleeps 7)
Ground floor living area.
A spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, complete with Smart Digital TV (HDMI socket), DVD player and good WiFi throughout.
The rural cottage atmosphere comprises oak beams, a wood burning stove and comfortable furnishings, yet with modern facilities and comforts.
The newly refitted kitchen is fully equipped including fridge freezer, microwave, washer drier and dishwasher.
Kitchens are supplied with consumables for the start of your stay (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing tablets, loo paper, kitchen towels, tea towels, etc. and a small selection of herbs/spices and teas and coffee)
On the Ground Floor
A twin bedded bedroom, and an ensuite shower room with WC and basin.
Linen and towels are provided.
A cot, high chair and stair-gate are provided
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms

There is an upstairs bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, basin and WC.

Barn Cottage rear garden
The sheltered, private garden is fenced and secure.
There is a patio area with furniture.
There is a built-in barbeque area
Guests can enjoy views of the Marshwood vale, from the raised garden area, next to the cottages.
The Games Room
Barn and Cider cottages also share a games room with Pool table and Table Tennis table.
There are also some children’s toys and a play pen for very young children- you are welcome to borrow these for your cottages during your stay.
There is ample parking for 3 cars
There is a garden shed (shared with your neighbour). It contains equipment for pets and also provides a storage area for the use of guests, eg bicycles
