Cider Cottage – Three Bedrooms (sleeps 6)
The ground floor
A spacious open plan dining, lounge and kitchen area, complete with Smart Digital TV (HDMI socket), DVD player and WiFi.
Inside there is a rural cottage atmosphere with log burner.
The newly refitted kitchen is fully equipped including fridge freezer, microwave, washer drier and dishwasher.
Kitchens are supplied with consumables for the start of your stay (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing tablets, loo paper, kitchen towels, tea towels, etc along with a small selection of herbs and spices and teas/coffee).
There is a cot, high chair and stair-gate.
On the ground floor, there is a twin bedded bedroom
Also on the ground floor, there is a shower room with WC and basin. Towels are provided.
Upstairs
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed and TV, the other has two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bath (shower over), basin and WC.

Cider Cottage rear garden
The sheltered, private garden is fenced and secure.
There is a patio area with furniture.
There is a built-in barbeque
Guests can enjoy views of the Marshwood vale, from the raised garden area, next to the cottages.
The Games Room
Barn and Cider cottages also share a games room with Pool table and Table Tennis table. Also toys for small children and space to play.
There is a spare fridge and freezer in the games room for overflow if needed
There is a garden shed (shared with your neighbour). It contains equipment for pets and also provides a storage area for the use of guests, eg bicycles
There is ample parking for 3 cars
